Zeer belangrijk bericht voor de paspoortaanvragen : Flying consul missie in Osaka

De halfjaarlijkse “Flying Consul” missie naar Osaka wordt momenteel gepland. Voordat deze definitief kan worden vastgelegd, zouden wij graag peilen naar uw interesse in deze missie. Momenteel wordt eind november 2015 als streefdatum genomen. Indien U gebruik wenst te maken van deze gelegenheid om een aanvraag voor een nieuw paspoort in te dienen, gelieve de Ambassade dan zo snel mogelijk te contacteren per mail op het volgende adres: tokyo.consular@diplobel.fed.be. Indien er voldoende interesse blijkt te zijn voor de missie, zal op latere datum in een aparte mail meer concrete informatie gegeven worden.

La mission semestrielle “Flying Consul” vers Osaka se trouve actuellement dans une phase préparatoire. Avant de pouvoir fixer une date définitive, l’Ambassade souhaite vous interroger sur l’intérêt que vous y portez. Actuellement, elle envisage effectuer cette mission pour fin novembre 2015. Si vous êtes intéressé à obtenir un nouveau passeport, l’Ambassade vous serait reconnaissante de bien vouloir la contacter le plus vite possible par mail à l’adresse suivante: tokyo.consular@diplobel.fed.be.

Si suffisamment de personnes se montrent intéressées par cette mission, plus d’informations ainsi que la date exacte vous seront notifiés à une date ultérieure par mail.

The six-monthly “Flying Consul” mission to Osaka is being planned.  Before fixing the date definitively, the Embassy would like to inquire as to your interest for this mission. Currently, the Embassy is aiming at the end of November 2015. If you are interested to take this opportunity to apply for a new passport, please contact the Embassy as soon as possible by mail at the following address: tokyo.consular@diplobel.fed.be

If a sufficient number of people are interested in this mission, more information and the exact date will be sent by separate mail at a later date.
